One of my favorite things to eat during Chemo has been bone broth. For the days I can’t get to make it from scratch I’ve found a powder or a liquid formula, they both are ready to use, they are nutritious and packed with minerals that may help reduce inflammation and joint pain.
I kind of like to make it tastier so I add a few spoons of homemade black beans, purple onion, cilantro, cheese, and lemon, it is so good. I love tortillas so I usually warm up a couple of them over olive oil, it’s so delicious all together. Makes a lean, healthy, and yummy breakfast or lunch.
